Family Room: Our Florida
home has a large open plan family room with two new bright comfortable sofas, a
formal dining table that seats six, Full satellite Direct TV with VCR & DVD
players & a Radio/CD Player. In addition to the air conditioning, there is
a ceiling fan installed. There is also a selection of books, DVD & Videos
available for adults and children.
 
The whole villa
has been refurbished with new furniture, 3 large TV’s, satellite in
all rooms, carpets and flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. New bedding,
towels, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses etc, etc – you name it
we wanted it – all this for our comfort and your enjoyment.
Kitchen:
The kitchen opens from the main area and has a breakfast table with four
chairs. It is equipped to the highest standard & includes all the
facilities you would expect, such as, newly purchased stainless steel appliances - Microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker,
large fridge/freezer with ice & water dispensers, waste disposal, coffee maker/grinder, electric
kettle, toaster and much more. Plus a complete supply of crockery, glasses,
cutlery and utensils.
Master Bedroom has a queen
size bed, double dresser with mirror and two bedside chests. Television, Direct TV satellite & hard disk recorder, VCR,
Clock radio and telephone and a ceiling fan. A door leads to en suite bathroom,
with a large walk in closet with ample hanging & storage space.
Computer with FREE internet access on a handy workstation.

2 has a double bed, ample wardrobe & drawer space and television with satellite.

Garage: Washing Machine & Tumble
dryer are situated in the Garage which has a door from the kitchen for easy
access.
The villa is
equipped with hair dryers, heated rollers, iron & ironing board, child's
high chair, car seat and a crib.
Computer with FREE internet access on a workstation in the master bedroom.
 
Pool:
Fully screened and very private South Facing Pool with Patio furniture &
sun loungers. It has the advantage of a covered area with a gas barbeque as
well as plenty of space to enjoy the sun all day.
